We work with venues, entertainers, instructors, boat operators, transport providers, caterers and other suppliers to put together individual activities and complete party packages.

Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
We recommend booking as early as possible for popular dates, particularly Saturdays, long weekends and peak hens and bucks party periods.
However, some entertainers and suppliers are confirmed closer to an event date because availability can change when bookings are made a long way in advance.
If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway. We can often organise packages at relatively short notice depending on supplier availability.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed because suppliers, venues and services may be reserved specifically for your group.
Cancellation and refund conditions can vary depending on the package and suppliers involved, so please refer to the terms provided with your booking.
Nothing in our booking terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumer guarantees may provide remedies where a service does not meet applicable legal requirements.
We understand that group numbers often change when organising a hens or bucks party.
Please send us your most accurate numbers when booking and let us know about changes as early as possible.
Minimum group sizes may apply to some packages. Once final numbers and payments have been confirmed, reductions in numbers may not result in a refund because suppliers and resources have already been booked based on the confirmed group.
Usually, yes, provided the venue, activity, transport or boat has capacity.

arrange any additional payment required.
This depends entirely on the venue, boat or activity.
Some packages are BYO, while licensed venues generally require drinks to be purchased onsite. Individual boats can also have different restrictions regarding spirits, glass bottles, premixed drinks and homemade cocktails.
We will provide the relevant alcohol conditions for your particular booking.
Many of our activities continue in wet weather, particularly indoor activities.
Boat charters and outdoor activities are subject to the individual operator’s weather and safety policies. A little rain does not necessarily mean an event will be cancelled.
If a supplier determines that conditions are unsafe, we will work with the supplier and your group regarding the options available under that booking’s terms.
Entertainers and performers are independent suppliers, and occasionally circumstances outside our control mean a particular entertainer can no longer attend.
If this happens, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement.
This is one reason we may wait until closer to the event before putting some entertainer callouts out, rather than locking someone in excessively far in advance.
Yes. Transport options vary by location and can include party buses, limousines, private transfers and other group transport.
